Welcome to our FAQ page. Here you can find answers to common questions about our 3D printed accessories for shooting sports. If you have a question that is not listed here, please feel free to contact us.

  • What if my product does not work as intended?
    If your product does not work as intended, let us know. We will make any necessary design changes and send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Why don’t you print in PLA or other materials?
    PLA is more brittle and sensitive to heat, making it unsuitable for rugged use in PRS, NRL, or hunting. PETG provides superior impact resistance, UV stability, and durability, ensuring our products perform reliably in all conditions.
  • How do I care for PETG-printed accessories?
    Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. Storage: Keep away from prolonged exposure to extreme heat (e.g., inside a locked car in summer). Use: PETG is rugged but can scratch—treat it like a polymer firearm accessory.
  • What is your return and warranty policy?
    We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in surface finish may occur and are not considered defects. We do not cover misuse, abuse, or improper installation of our products.
  • What materials do you use for your products?
    We exclusively print in PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol). PETG offers the best balance of strength, flexibility, and heat resistance, making it ideal for demanding outdoor and competitive shooting environments.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, currently we only ship within South Africa. Orders outside South Africa cannot be processed.
  • Do you offer custom designs or modifications to existing products?
    We offer custom 3D-printed accessories for specific needs, but we do not modify existing designs. If you need a unique solution, please contact us and explain your product or need to us.
